Description of the area surrounding the biotope: Catazajá, Chiapas, Mexico. the river i wanted to duplicate, floats along the small town of Catazajá, Catazajá is a town and one of the 122 Municipalities of Chiapas, in southern Mexico. It covers an area of 621 km². Because it is a very lowland area, there often occurs temporarily Lagoons, witch is a big local tourisme attraction.
Description of the underwater landscape of the biotope: As a result of these constantly changes, the water in the nearby rivers are often quite transparent and there is a lot of natural flow in the water.
Description of the parameters of the habitat: The temperatures near Catazja, typically varies from 67°F to 97°F.
